In online arrest records, Burbank police say that Margera, 43 — whose real name is Brandon — arrived at a restaurant in the city to meet his family around 5:30 p.m. local time on Wednesday, March 29.

Margera "arrived intoxicated" and was later arrested on charges of public drunkenness, the records claim. In a video from the restaurant obtained by TMZ, he appears to shout and stomp his feet before police arrive.

Margera was held on $250 bail but was later released and has since challenged his former "Jackass" costar Johnny Knoxville to a boxing match in a video posted to his Instagram account.
